1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
– We accept returns and offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
– Returns and refunds are also applicable if you received the wrong item(s).

2. Notification and Timeframe:
– To initiate a return or refund, please notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
– You can contact our customer support team via email or through our website to initiate the process.

3. Return Conditions:
– Artworks must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and with all original packaging materials.
– Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Return Process:
– Contact our customer support team to inform them about your return request.
– Provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images.
– Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).
– You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Process:
– Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
– Custom-made or personalized artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
– Digital downloads or items that are not physically shipped are also non-returnable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with supporting images and order details.
– We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Cancellations:
– If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
– Cancellation requests for physical items can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped yet.

Please note that this policy applies to purchases made directly from our online art store. For purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers, please refer to their respective refund and return policies.
