Welcome to Deaf Visual Arts! We hope you had a wonderful spring season and are looking forward to the year ahead. In this newsletter, we want to share some exciting updates with you.

New Products and Artwork

We have some amazing new products and artwork available in our online store. Our latest collection includes original paintings, limited edition prints, and unique merchandise featuring our signature designs. We’re especially excited about our new collection of hand-painted silk scarves, which are perfect for adding a pop of color to any outfit.

Upcoming Events

I have several exciting events planned for 2023, including art shows, conferences, and tradeshows. Our next event of the year will be an art exhibition at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC on July 21st and 22nd. I showcased our latest artwork and met with visitors to talk about my creative process. Be sure to follow us on our newsletter for updates on our upcoming events.

Community Outreach

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, we will have our arts display at the 2023 National Deaf People of Color, (NDPC) to raise awareness and funds for their mission. NDPC is a nonprofit organization that provides support and resources to deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families. I’ll be donating a portion of Deaf Visual Arts proceeds at the Art Exhibition and Art Auction to this worthy cause throughout the month of July.

Deaf Awareness Month

September is Deaf Awareness Month, and we’re hoping to plan some special activities and promotions to celebrate. I’ll be offering discounts on our products and services, hosting a virtual art exhibit featuring deaf and hard of hearing artists, and partnering with local organizations to raise awareness about deaf culture and accessibility.
